ABS (Active Body Sensor):
ABS is a miniature, energy-efficient module centrally mounted on the chest, designed as a flexible patch or strap. The device is equipped with precise sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, and additional sensors (e.g., optical or thermal) that monitor movement and environmental conditions. ABS communicates via a paired smartphone, which processes the data locally using sensor fusion algorithms and edge AI. In critical scenarios, ABS data can also be transmitted via the optional ACM (Advanced Communication Module), enabling reliable alarm transmission through GSM, NB-IoT, or satellite networks.
